The State of Our Mental Health
Clearly, our way of life and standard of living is rapidly changing.  Research indicates that this is affecting our society dramatically.  Emotional, physical, spiritual, and financial issues contribute to the intense anxiety and stress in      our culture today.  Everyday stress and anxiety wears at us like the ocean          waves eroding the rocky shoreline, turning it into grains of sand. Difficult situations and issues will always be a part of life, but how we cope with them makes a difference in our quality of life.
